Job Overview

Lines and Curves is seeking a dedicated Interior Supervisor to consult with clients and provide tailored interior design, material selection, and fit-out solutions in Dubai, UAE. The role focuses on delivering high-quality design guidance, managing client relationships, and supporting business development and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to identify their interior design requirements, style preferences, budgets, and project expectations.
• Recommend suitable interior design solutions, finishes, materials, furniture, and space-planning options.
• Present design concepts, material selections, and customized fit-out proposals to commercial and residential clients.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and client referrals.
• Conduct showroom consultations, client meetings, and site visits to evaluate project specifications.
• Coordinate with interior designers, estimators, and project managers to prepare accurate quotations and proposals.
• Explain material quality, product specifications, pricing structures, and project timelines clearly to clients.
• Build and sustain long-term relationships with residential and commercial clients.
• Negotiate pricing, address customer inquiries or objections, and convert leads into confirmed contracts.
• Follow up on quotations and active projects to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
• Stay informed on the latest interior design trends, materials, and market developments across the UAE.
• Maintain detailed records of client inquiries, sales pipeline activities, and project documentation.
• Work actively toward achieving monthly sales targets and supporting company revenue goals.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Proven experience in interior design consultancy, interior fit-out sales, or related advisory roles (minimum 1 to 3 years).
• Solid knowledge of interior design concepts, materials, surface finishes, and fit-out execution.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Strong ability to evaluate client needs and deliver practical, visually appealing interior solutions.
• Prior work experience within the UAE interior design or fit-out sector is preferred.
• Customer-focused attitude with strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.

Education and Experience

• Diploma in Interior Design / Interior Decoration or Bachelor of Architecture.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
