نبذة عن الوظيفة

تعلن شركة Qatar Design Consortium عن حاجتها إلى مهندس معماري للعمل في الدوحة، قطر. يتولى شاغل الوظيفة إعداد الرسومات الهندسية والمواصفات ووثائق التشييد والإشراف عليها، إلى جانب دعم كبار المهندسين المعماريين ومديري المشاريع لتحقيق الأهداف الفنية ومعايير الجودة المعتمدة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إعداد ومراجعة المخططات المعمارية والمواصفات الفنية ومستندات التنفيذ وفقاً لخطة المشروع.
  • تنفيذ إجراءات ضبط وتوكيد الجودة (QA/QC) والالتزام ببروتوكولات التواصل المحددة للمشروع.
  • دعم المهندس المعماري الأول ومدير المشروع في تحقيق أهداف القسم وتطبيق معايير الجودة.
  • توثيق شكاوى العملاء ومتابعة الإجراءات التصحيحية لضمان معالجتها بفعالية.
  • الالتزام بسياسات نظام الإدارة المتكامل (IMS) بما في ذلك أمن المعلومات والاستدامة وإدارة الطاقة.
  • مراعاة المتطلبات البيئية وتحديد المخاطر المهنية في بيئة العمل، والإبلاغ الفوري عن أي حوادث لفريق السلامة والصحة المهنية.
  • تسجيل حوادث أمن المعلومات والإبلاغ عنها لضمان تطبيق ضوابط الأمان داخل المشاريع.
  • الالتزام باتفاقيات الحفاظ على سرية المعلومات (NDA) وحفظ السجلات النظامية لجميع أطراف المشروع.

متطلبات الوظيفة والمؤهلات

  • ترخيص مزاولة مهنة الهندسة المعمارية مع خبرة عملية في المشاريع السكنية أو التجارية.
  • إجادة العمل على البرامج المعمارية المتخصصة مثل AutoCAD وRevit وSketchUp.
  • امتلاك ملف أعمال (Portfolio) يعكس الكفاءة الفنية والإبداع في المشاريع المنجزة.
  • معرفة ممارسات التصميم المستدام ومعايير المباني الخضراء مثل نظام LEED.
  • إجادة تامة للغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابةً.
  • مهارات تنظيمية وتحليلية ممتازة والقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة مشاريع متعددة في وقت واحد.

المؤهل العلمي والخبرة

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية أو الماجستير من جامعة معتمدة.
  • خبرة عملية تتراوح بين 4 و6 سنوات في المجال المعماري.

Job Description

Job Overview

Qatar Design Consortium is seeking a qualified Architect to join its team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and supervising architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents, while supporting the Senior Architect and Project Manager in achieving departmental and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and supervise the preparation of drawings, specifications, and construction documents in accordance with the project plan.
  • Perform quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) checks and adhere to project communication protocols.
  • Support the Senior Architect and Project Manager in meeting departmental goals and maintaining quality standards.
  • Document customer complaints and implement appropriate corrective actions according to complaint-handling procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with Integrated Management System (IMS) policies, including information security (ISMS), sustainability, and energy management.
  • Identify significant environmental aspects and occupational hazards, and report any health and safety incidents to the OHS team.
  • Record and report information security incidents and ensure information security practices are followed across projects.
  • Adhere to non-disclosure agreement (NDA) requirements and maintain accurate documentation for all project stakeholders.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

  • Licensed Architect with demonstrated expertise in commercial or residential projects.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design creativity and technical execution across completed projects.
  • Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building rating systems such as LEED.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • 4 to 6 years of relevant architectural experience.
