نبذة عن الوظيفة

تعلن شركة Teyseer Services company عن حاجتها إلى دهان للعمل في قطر. يتولى شاغل الوظيفة تنفيذ أعمال الدهان وتجهيز الأسطح والتشطيبات للمباني والمرافق، مع الالتزام بأعلى معايير الجودة والسلامة وإنجاز الأعمال وفق الخطط والمواعيد المحددة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تنفيذ أعمال الدهان للجدران الداخلية والخارجية والأسقف والأبواب والنوافذ والقواطع ومختلف أسطح المباني.
  • تجهيز الأسطح عبر التنظيف والصنفرة وإزالة الدهانات القديمة ومعالجة الشقوق وتطبيق المعجون وبطانة الأساس.
  • اختيار واستخدام أنواع الدهانات والطلاءات والورنيش ومواد التشطيب المناسبة وفقاً لمتطلبات العمل.
  • إجراء أعمال الصيانة والتعديل وإعادة الدهان ومعالجة العيوب الفنية حسب الحاجة.
  • تنفيذ أعمال اللياسة البسيطة ومعالجة عيوب الأسطح قبل الشروع في أعمال الدهان.
  • خلط الدهانات وتطبيقها بدقة لضمان مظهر متناسق وناعم للأسطح.
  • حماية الأثاث والأرضيات والمعدات والمناطق المحيطة أثناء تنفيذ أعمال الدهان.
  • استخدام أدوات ومعدات الدهان بأمان، بما في ذلك الفرش والرولات ومسدسات الرش والسلالم والسقالات.
  • صيانة معدات وأدوات الدهان وحفظها والتأكد من جاهزيتها للعمل باستمرار.
  • أداء المهام المتعلقة بأعمال الصيانة العامة التي يكلفه بها المشرف المباشر.

متطلبات الوظيفة والمؤهلات

  • معرفة جيدة بطرق تجهيز الأسطح وتقنيات تطبيق الدهان ومطابقة الألوان وأعمال التشطيب.
  • القدرة على استخدام أدوات الدهان والمعدات والسلالم والسقالات بأمان تام.
  • إلمام كافٍ بإجراءات السلامة والصحة المهنية وأساليب التعامل الآمن مع المواد.
  • يُفضل الحصول على تدريب مهني أو شهادة من معهد تدريب صناعي (ITI) في أعمال الدهان أو مجال ذي صلة.

المؤهل العلمي والخبرة

  • حاصل على دبلوم أو مؤهل مهني معتمد.
  • خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في أعمال الدهان، ويُفضل أن تكون في صيانة المباني أو إدارة المرافق أو قطاع الإنشاءات.

Job Description

Job Overview

Teyseer Services company is seeking a skilled Painter to carry out painting, surface preparation, and finishing works for buildings and facilities in Qatar. The successful candidate will ensure high-quality workmanship, timely task completion, and strict adherence to workplace safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out painting works for interior and exterior walls, ceilings, doors, windows, partitions, and other surfaces.
  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, filling cracks, removing old paint, and applying putty or primer.
  • Select and apply appropriate paints, coatings, varnishes, and finishing materials according to job specifications.
  • Perform touch-up, repainting, and corrective painting works as required.
  • Execute minor plastering, filling, and surface repair works prior to painting.
  • Mix and apply paint materials properly to achieve a smooth and uniform finish.
  • Protect furniture, flooring, equipment, and surrounding areas during painting activities.
  • Operate painting tools and equipment safely, including brushes, rollers, spray guns, ladders, and scaffolding.
  • Maintain painting tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition.
  • Perform other related maintenance and repair duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

  • Solid knowledge of surface preparation, paint application, colour matching, and finishing techniques.
  • Ability to safely use painting tools, equipment, ladders, and scaffolding.
  • Basic understanding of workplace health and safety practices and safe material handling.
  • Vocational training or ITI certification in painting or a related trade is preferred.

Education and Experience

  • Diploma or relevant vocational qualification.
  • At least 4 years of painting experience, preferably in facilities management, building maintenance, or construction.
