3. Nature of Our Services
Shughly provides an online platform that facilitates connections between job seekers and employers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, Shughly does not act as an employer, recruitment agency, immigration consultant, visa sponsor, or representative of any job seeker or employer.
We do not make hiring decisions, negotiate employment contracts on behalf of users, issue work permits or visas, or guarantee that any job seeker will receive an interview, job offer, or employment.
Employers are solely responsible for their recruitment decisions, and job seekers are responsible for evaluating opportunities before applying.

Provide false or misleading registration information.
Create multiple accounts to circumvent platform restrictions.
Share account access in a manner that compromises security or violates these Terms.
Use another user’s account without permission.
Shughly reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or present a reasonable security, fraud, or legal concern.
6. Terms for Job Seekers
Job seekers may use Shughly to explore employment opportunities, create professional profiles, upload resumes where supported, and apply for available positions.
By using these services, you agree to:
Provide truthful information about your education, qualifications, work experience, skills, and professional background.

Verify the legitimacy of employers and job offers before sharing sensitive information or accepting employment.
You are responsible for ensuring that you meet the requirements of any position for which you apply, including applicable work authorization, licensing, and immigration requirements.
Shughly does not guarantee that employers will review your application, respond to your inquiries, invite you to an interview, or offer you employment.
7. Terms for Employers and Recruiters
Employers and recruiters may use Shughly to publish job vacancies, promote their organizations, and identify potential candidates through available platform features.
By posting a vacancy or using employer services, you confirm that:
You are authorized to represent the company or organization concerned.
The advertised position is genuine and the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
You have the necessary authorization to publish the vacancy.
The job description, qualifications, location, compensation details, and application requirements are not intentionally misleading.
Your recruitment activities comply with applicable employment, privacy, anti-discrimination, and other relevant laws.
Candidate information obtained through Chughli will be used only for legitimate and lawful recruitment purposes.
You will not use candidate information for unsolicited marketing, unrelated commercial activities, or unauthorized disclosure.
Employers must not publish vacancies intended to deceive applicants, collect money fraudulently, obtain sensitive personal information under false pretenses, or promote unlawful employment arrangements.
Shughly may review, reject, edit, restrict, or remove job listings and employer accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users, maintain platform integrity, or comply with applicable law.
8. Job Listings and Application Process
Job listings may be submitted by employers, recruiters, or other authorized sources. Depending on the available features, listings may include descriptions, qualifications, salary information, location, company details, and application instructions.
Although we may take reasonable steps to maintain the usefulness of the Platform, we do not guarantee that every listing is accurate, complete, current, available, or independently verified.
A vacancy may be filled, withdrawn, modified, or closed without prior notice to Shughly.
Job seekers should carefully review each listing and verify important details directly with the relevant employer before making decisions.
Applications may be processed through Chughli or through external websites and recruitment systems, depending on the employer’s chosen application method.
Shughly is not responsible for an employer’s selection criteria, response times, interview arrangements, hiring decisions, or employment terms.

We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including removing content, restricting access, suspending accounts, or reporting suspected unlawful activity to relevant authorities where appropriate.
10. Recruitment Scams and User Safety
Shughly encourages users to exercise caution when communicating with employers, recruiters, and other parties.
We do not guarantee the identity, legitimacy, financial standing, conduct, or intentions of every employer, recruiter, or individual using the Platform.
Job seekers should be cautious if an opportunity involves requests for money, unusual payment arrangements, promises of guaranteed employment, suspicious visa offers, or requests for sensitive information unrelated to a legitimate recruitment process.
Never assume that a job listing or company profile is endorsed or verified by Shughly merely because it appears on the Platform.
If you encounter a suspicious listing or account, please contact us with the relevant details so we can review the matter.
11. User Content and Intellectual Property
Users retain ownership of the content they lawfully own and submit to Shughly , subject to the rights of any third parties.
By uploading or publishing content on the Platform, you grant Shughly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and process that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and provide the Platform’s services.
This license applies only to the extent necessary for these purposes and does not transfer ownership of your content to Shughly.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit the content and that its publication does not unlawfully infringe another person’s rights.
You must not upload confidential information, personal information belonging to others, or copyrighted material without appropriate authorization.
The Shughly name, branding, website design, original text, and other Platform-owned materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. They may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially exploited without our permission, except as permitted by law.
Company names, trademarks, logos, and other materials belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
12. Privacy and Personal Information
Your use of Shughly is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, stored, and disclosed.
When you create a profile, upload a resume, or apply for a job, certain information may be made available to relevant employers or recruiters, depending on the features you use and your account settings.
Employers and recruiters must handle candidate information responsibly and comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws.
You should avoid publishing sensitive personal information in publicly accessible areas of the Platform unless it is necessary and you understand the associated risks.
Although we take reasonable measures to protect the Platform, no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Please review our Privacy Policy for further details about your rights and how your information is handled.
13. Third-Party Websites and Services
Shughly may contain links to external websites, employer career pages, application systems, advertisements, or other third-party services.
These external services are operated independently and may have their own terms, policies, and security practices.
Shughly does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy, privacy practices, or activities of third-party websites.
Accessing an external website or using a third-party service is at your own discretion and risk. We encourage you to review the applicable terms and privacy policies before providing information or completing transactions.
14. Advertising and Promotional Content
Shughly may display advertisements, sponsored content, or promotional material provided by third parties.
The appearance of an advertisement does not necessarily constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee by Shughly.
Third-party advertisers are responsible for their own products, services, claims, and content. Users should evaluate such offers independently.
Where applicable, advertisements and sponsored placements may be identified in accordance with relevant requirements.
15. Paid Services and Payments
Certain features or services may be offered on a paid basis, now or in the future.
Where a paid service is available, the applicable price, billing terms, service scope, renewal conditions, and cancellation or refund rules will be presented before purchase or in a separate agreement.
Users agree to provide accurate billing information and pay applicable charges in accordance with the terms presented at the time of purchase.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, payment for a service does not guarantee job placement, candidate selection, interviews, applications, or a specific recruitment outcome.
Any refund or cancellation rights required by applicable law remain unaffected by this section.
16. Availability and Changes to the Platform
We aim to keep Shughly accessible and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability.
We may update, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features or services from time to time for maintenance, security, operational, legal, or business reasons.
We may also introduce new features or change existing functionality.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Chughli is not responsible for losses resulting solely from temporary service interruptions, technical failures, or changes to the Platform.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
Shughly is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not warrant that:
All job listings or company profiles are genuine, accurate, or independently verified.
Every vacancy will remain available or lead to a successful application.
Users will receive interviews, job offers, employment, or qualified candidates.
The Platform will always be available, secure, uninterrupted, or free from errors.
Third-party websites, employers, recruiters, or external services will behave as expected.
Users are responsible for evaluating the information they obtain through the Platform and making their own decisions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any guarantee, right, or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shughly and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Recruitment decisions, rejected applications, or missed employment opportunities.
Disputes between job seekers, employers, recruiters, or other users.
Fraudulent conduct, misrepresentation, or unlawful actions by third parties.
External websites, third-party services, or advertisements.
Unauthorized access, technical interruptions, or data loss beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
19. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, users agree to be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising directly from their unlawful conduct, infringement of third-party rights, material breach of these Terms, or misuse of the Platform.
This provision does not apply to the extent that a claim results from Shughly’s own conduct for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded or transferred.
20. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using Shughly at any time. If account deletion is available, you may use the relevant account settings or contact us for assistance.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to an account or remove content where we reasonably believe that:
These Terms have been violated.
The account is involved in fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.
The user’s conduct threatens the safety, security, or rights of others.
We are required to do so by law or a competent authority.
Continued access creates a material security or operational risk.
Where appropriate and legally permissible, we may provide notice or an opportunity to address the issue.
Termination does not automatically eliminate obligations or liabilities that arose before termination. Certain information may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate security, dispute-resolution, or recordkeeping purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, security requirements, or applicable laws.
The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide notice of material changes or obtain any necessary consent.
Your continued use of the Platform after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes where legally permitted. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should discontinue using the affected services.
22. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are subject to the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the legal operator of Chughli is established, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be handled by the competent courts or dispute-resolution mechanisms determined under applicable law.
Nothing in this section deprives consumers or other users of mandatory legal protections or rights available to them in their country of residence.
