Big Fish Recruitment is seeking a dynamic and experienced Group HR Director to lead the human resources function for one of their clients based in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture, and driving talent development across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support the company’s growth and business goals.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team to ensure excellent service delivery across all HR functions.
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and maintain top talent.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture that enhances productivity and morale.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and manage employee relations to resolve issues effectively.
• Design and implement performance management systems, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to support organizational change and development.
• Manage HR budgets and optimize resources efficiently.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Director or similar senior HR leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong strategic thinking and excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with employees and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated track record of driving organizational change and developing high-performing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced certifications such as SHRM-SCP or CIPD are highly desirable.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities with a proactive approach.

Salary and Benefits

5,000 to 70,000 AED per month inclusive of fixed allowances. Additional benefits include Visa, Medical Insurance, Flight Ticket, and Family Benefits (tickets, education allowance, and medical insurance).
