Job Overview

Teyseer Services Company is seeking an experienced Event Manager to join its team in Doha, Qatar. The primary purpose of this role is to plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, conferences, and catering functions, ensuring high-quality service delivery, client satisfaction, effective cost control, and full compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, conferences, and special functions in accordance with client specifications.
• Coordinate closely with clients to understand their needs, prepare comprehensive proposals, and develop detailed event plans and budgets.
• Manage catering arrangements, menu planning, food presentation, and service delivery in collaboration with kitchen and operations teams.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments to guarantee the timely availability of equipment and resources.
• Supervise on-site event setup, manpower allocation, and day-to-day operations during functions.
• Monitor event budgets, enforce cost controls, and ensure optimal utilization of all resources.
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations, health and safety standards (HSE), and company policies.
• Resolve operational issues promptly while cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Prepare post-event reports, assess performance, and identify opportunities for continuous service improvement.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in event management, preferably within catering or hospitality sectors.
• Strong background in event planning, budgeting, vendor management, and client coordination.
• Demonstrated leadership, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Sound commercial awareness and cost-control capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously under pressure.
• Customer-centric mindset with an unwavering commitment to quality and service excellence.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of relevant event management experience.
