Job Overview

Teyseer Services company is looking for a professional Cashier / Waitress to join their team in Doha, Qatar. The role involves performing cashiering and food service duties efficiently, ensuring accurate billing and payment processing while providing prompt and professional service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the POS system, process customer orders, generate bills, and issue receipts.
• Receive cash and card payments accurately and provide correct change.
• Maintain the assigned cash float and ensure proper handling of all transactions.
• Perform daily cash reconciliation and report any discrepancies.
• Welcome customers, assist with seating, and provide menu information.
• Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Attend to customer requests and handle complaints courteously.
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and company procedures.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum high school certificate or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in cashiering, waitressing, restaurant, cafeteria, or catering operations.
• Experience in POS operation, billing, and cash handling.
• Good communication and basic numerical skills.
