Job Overview

Seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Project Manager in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for overseeing and managing construction and civil engineering projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with approved quality and safety standards.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in managing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, cost control, and quality management.
• Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and consistently meet project deadlines.
• Familiarity with construction standards and regulations applicable in Saudi Arabia is preferred.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in construction project management.
