RTC-1 Employment Services is seeking a qualified Storekeeper on behalf of a well-established global supplier based in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, specializing in high-quality tissue grade manufacturing. The selected candidate will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, manage material movements, and maintain accurate stock records using SAP to support continuous production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials, ensuring accurate quantities, proper documentation, and compliance with internal warehouse procedures.
• Maintain precise stock records, monitor inventory movements, and investigate discrepancies to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
• Apply FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) inventory principles across all storage areas.
• Ensure proper material identification, labeling, and systematic storage to minimize stock deterioration or obsolescence.
• Process goods receipts and material issuance in SAP, keeping inventory records continuously updated.
• Prepare comprehensive stock and inventory reports using SAP and Microsoft Office.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Inventory Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of storekeeping or inventory management experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Hands-on practical experience in SAP for goods receipts, material issuance, and stock record maintenance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control methods, stock documentation, FIFO/FEFO principles, and material handling techniques.
• High level of accuracy, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Gender requirement: Male.
• Open to overseas applicants; visa and airline tickets are covered by the company.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: Up to 4,000 SAR per month inclusive of fixed allowances, depending on experience and qualifications.
