Caviar Careers is seeking a skilled and professional Spa Therapist to join their team in Amman, Jordan. The successful candidate will deliver luxury massage and spa treatments with exceptional technique, upholding palace standards of service, confidentiality, and protocol while providing a calm and personalized wellness experience to every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver luxury massage and spa treatments with exceptional technique and professionalism.
• Ensure the highest levels of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene within all spa areas.
• Maintain treatment records, product usage, and inventory accurately.
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and amenities before and after each session.
• Uphold palace standards of service, confidentiality, and protocol.
• Support the Spa Manager or Supervisor in daily operations and special wellness requests.
• Provide a calm, attentive, and personalised experience to every guest.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Certification in massage techniques such as Swedish, Aromatherapy, Deep Tissue, Thai, and Hot Stone.
• Additional knowledge in facials, body scrubs, or relaxation treatments.
• Superior technical knowledge and hands-on expertise in multiple massage modalities.
• Up-to-date knowledge of hygiene and safety standards.
• Proven employment stability with consistent tenure in previous roles.
• Excellent grooming standards with a calm, polished, and approachable personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-oriented mindset.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, patience, and a professional, well-presented appearance.
• Culturally sensitive, discreet, and adaptable to royal household standards.
• Ability to speak Tagalog or Thai.

Education and Experience

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant spa and massage experience.
