LOKAL is seeking a skilled and hardworking Sandwich Maker to join its kitchen team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will prepare fresh sandwiches, work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare sandwiches in accordance with LOKAL’s recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes across all orders.
• Prep fresh ingredients, sauces, and fillings on a daily basis.
• Maintain strict kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Comply with food safety protocols and proper food storage procedures.
• Fulfill customer orders quickly and accurately during peak hours.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and work to minimize food waste.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen workstations, utensils, and equipment regularly.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Prior working experience as a sandwich maker or kitchen team member.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Solid understanding of food preparation techniques and food hygiene standards.
• Demonstrated ability to follow standard recipes and preparation guidelines.
• Strong teamwork and effective time management skills.
• Valid UAE residence visa (must have own visa).
• Immediate availability to commence work.
