Altara LLC FZ is seeking a Real Estate Agent for a commission-only, full-time position based in Dubai, UAE. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, building client relationships, and managing property transactions across residential and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to generate qualified leads and expand the client portfolio.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, buyers, tenants, and landlords.
• Identify market opportunities and match clients with suitable residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property consultations, viewings, negotiations, and transaction follow-ups.
• Develop a strong understanding of Dubai’s property market, pricing trends, and investment opportunities.
• Manage the sales process professionally, from initial contact through deal closure.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and build long-term referral networks.
• Work towards individual sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
