Key Responsibilities

• Lead the cost management process across all project phases, ensuring accuracy in budgeting and forecasting to minimize financial risks.
• Prepare detailed and precise bills of quantities, ensuring clarity and compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Conduct value engineering assessments to optimize project costs while maintaining quality standards and client satisfaction.
• Oversee contract administration, including negotiation, compliance monitoring, and dispute resolution to uphold contractual obligations.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred for advanced roles.
• Mandatory professional certification such as MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or equivalent.
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a strong background in large-scale construction projects.
• Experience in diverse sectors including commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects to demonstrate adaptability and expertise.
