RTC-1 Employment Services is seeking a qualified Civil Site Engineer – Residential on behalf of a growing real estate group in Dubai, UAE. The role focuses on supervising and executing on-site civil, structural, and finishing operations for multi-storey residential building projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute daily civil and structural works for multi-storey residential and apartment buildings (G+6 and above), covering excavation, foundations, RCC structure, blockwork, waterproofing, plastering, screeding, and architectural finishing works.
• Manage day-to-day site activities, subcontractors, manpower, materials, and work sequencing to ensure works strictly comply with approved drawings, project specifications, method statements, and the construction schedule.
• Coordinate closely with MEP, architectural, structural, and finishing teams to identify and resolve site clashes, technical issues, and construction constraints, preventing delays and rework.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks, facilitate consultant inspections and approvals, handle RFIs, manage snagging and de-snagging processes, and oversee handovers while upholding quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on site execution experience in building construction.
• Proven site experience on multi-storey residential or apartment building projects (G+4 and above), with direct site supervision experience in residential construction.
• Strong practical knowledge of RCC, formwork, rebar, concrete pouring, blockwork, waterproofing, plastering, screeding, and architectural finishing works.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret detailed structural and architectural drawings.
• Must have background working with a main contractor, building contractor, or residential developer (candidates whose experience is predominantly in villas, roads, infrastructure, utilities, industrial projects, facilities management/maintenance, or fit-out-only works will not be considered).
• Gender: Male.

Salary and Benefits

Salary: Up to AED 16,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances, depending on experience and qualifications.
