Serving as a welcoming host within the venue, you will stay abreast of beverage trends, anticipate guest needs, and maintain flawless bar operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages while introducing modern trends, local offerings, and tailored recommendations to guests.
• Act as the primary host of the bar area, ensuring a warm, engaging, and attentive service environment.
• Maintain full operational functionality and cleanliness of the bar station throughout the shift.
• Accurately handle cash and payment transactions with close attention to financial details.
• Build positive relationships with hotel colleagues across departments to anticipate and deliver on guest preferences.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, workplace safety standards, and personal grooming guidelines.
• Protect company assets and ensure the confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Perform physical duties required in bar operations, including standing or walking for extended periods, bending, reaching, and lifting or carrying items weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience in bartending or beverage service (preferred).
• Supervisory Experience: None required.
• Licenses / Certifications: None required.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, reach, twist, and carry or move objects up to 25 pounds independently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first attitude.
