A leading quick-service restaurant (QSR) concept based in Abu Dhabi, specializing in burgers, fried chicken, and street-food favorites, is seeking a Food Quality Team Lead. Recruited through RTC-1 Employment Services, the successful candidate will oversee food quality assurance, kitchen operational standards, and culinary training across brand outlets and central kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead food quality assurance, kitchen operational standards, and hands-on culinary training across QSR outlets and central kitchen operations.
• Standardize and implement recipe manuals, kitchen SOPs, cooking procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Design and deliver structured practical training programs for chefs, cooks, and kitchen teams, covering recipe execution, cooking techniques, and product consistency.
• Conduct regular kitchen audits and food quality inspections in compliance with brand standards.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of kitchen experience in a quick-service restaurant (QSR) environment as a Sous Chef, Head Chef, Kitchen Operations Leader, Senior Cook, or equivalent role.
• Proven hands-on experience in burger and fried chicken QSR operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office for preparing SOPs, recipe manuals, training materials, and audit reports.
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license and access to a personal car, with the ability to travel between outlets and central kitchen facilities.
• Age requirement: 42 years old or below.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: Up to 10,000 AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications (also stated as 10,000 to 12,000 AED per month inclusive of fixed allowances).
