Job Overview

Arabian Plastic Industrial Company is seeking a qualified HR Business Partner to manage human resources operations in Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for overseeing plant HR activities, administering employee attendance and payroll inputs, coordinating contractor workforce matters, and ensuring complete alignment with Saudi Labour Law and corporate policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily employee records concerning attendance, leave, overtime, and absenteeism.
• Coordinate recruitment processes, candidate interviews, selection, and employee onboarding.
• Verify payroll inputs and ensure accurate, timely processing of employee salaries.
• Maintain plant HR operations and secure accurate, up-to-date personnel records.
• Monitor employee workplace discipline and ensure adherence to internal company policies.
• Supervise contractor manpower, documentation, and attendance records.
• Verify and audit contractor invoices against actual attendance, workforce deployment, and agreed contract rates.
• Ensure compliance with the Saudi Labour Law and internal HR procedures.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on HR metrics, attendance, manpower status, and contractor performance.
• Coordinate with department heads, Finance, and external contractors while reporting directly to the HR & Administration Manager.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Saudi nationality only.
• Solid knowledge of core HR functions, Saudi Labour Law, and statutory compliance standards.
• Familiarity with manufacturing/plant operations and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or PG Diploma in HR/Industrial Relations preferred).
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional experience in HR and administrative functions.
