Job Overview

شركة بسموق للمقاولات is seeking a Health and Safety Supervisor to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position suitable for fresh graduates, focused on monitoring field safety, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining a secure work environment across operational sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field audits to inspect the work environment and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Ensure all workers are equipped with and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE), including helmets, goggles, safety vests, and gloves.
• Verify the readiness and operational effectiveness of firefighting equipment, fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and emergency systems.
• Report any defects or failures in safety systems and identify potential hazards on site immediately.
• Participate in documenting workplace incidents or injuries and assist in analyzing root causes to prevent recurrence.
• Support safety training initiatives and provide practical guidance to field workers on safe execution protocols.
• Assist in executing emergency evacuation plans and response procedures when required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Saudi nationals are preferred.
• Current residence in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is preferred.
