Job Overview

Abu Saiba Plants and Flowers is seeking a qualified Civil Engineer to oversee structural designs and manage construction progress in Manama, Bahrain. The role involves structural analysis, detailed project planning, and collaborative problem-solving across ongoing engineering works.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and analyze structural systems to ensure full compliance with safety codes, regulatory standards, and environmental requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to facilitate efficient resource allocation and timely execution.
• Conduct on-site inspections and assessments to monitor construction progress and verify adherence to engineering specifications.
• Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to resolve design challenges and implement technical solutions.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline with a solid background in engineering principles.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant civil engineering experience with active hands-on involvement in construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and relevant design software for drafting and modifying engineering drawings.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.

Education and Experience

Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Engineering or Technology in Civil Engineering and have at least 3 years of construction project experience.
