Job Overview

Combined Group Contracting Company (K.S.C.C) is seeking an HSE / Safety Engineer to oversee and implement health, safety, and environmental standards at construction and piping/pipeline sites in Al Kuwait, Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the HSE management system across construction sites.
• Conduct daily safety inspections, toolbox talks, Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and safety audits for piping and pipeline activities.
• Ensure the safe execution of site operations, including excavation, lifting, welding, hydro-testing, and heavy equipment handling.
• Monitor and enforce the Permit to Work (PTW) system and simultaneous operations (SIMOPS).
• Investigate incidents and near-misses, followed by the preparation of detailed corrective action reports.
• Deliver HSE induction and ongoing training to site personnel and subcontractors.
• Ensure strict compliance with Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) HSE procedures, ISO 45001 standards, and local regulatory requirements.
• Promote a zero-incident safety culture and maintain active emergency response preparedness.
