Job Overview

Royal Jordanian Airlines is seeking customer-focused Flight Attendants to join its cabin crew team in Jordan. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the safety, comfort, and overall satisfaction of all passengers traveling with the airline.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome passengers on board, guide them to their assigned seats, and provide assistance with hand luggage and seating arrangements.
• Deliver in-flight announcements, keep passengers informed regarding flight updates or delays, and maintain an attentive presence in the cabin to address passenger requests.
• Direct and lead passengers during emergencies, and administer first aid whenever necessary.
• Conduct thorough safety checks prior to takeoff, ensuring all passenger seat belts are fastened and galleys are properly secured.
• Serve in-flight meals and refreshments in accordance with company policies and service standards.
• Perform clear, professional safety demonstrations and explain the proper use of emergency equipment to all passengers before flight departure.
• Carry out pre-flight preparations, including inspecting safety and first aid equipment, ensuring cabin cleanliness, verifying that all catering (including special dietary requests) is loaded, and checking the availability of landing cards.
• Oversee safe passenger disembarkation upon arrival, and inspect overhead lockers, lavatories, and galleys to ensure no personal items are left behind.
• Complete all necessary flight documentation, such as inventory control logs and flight incident reports, and liaise closely with ground personnel.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Jordanian nationality is preferred.
