Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake Samoli bread, diverse bread varieties, and other baked goods.
• Prepare dough and mix ingredients according to approved recipes and standards.
• Monitor dough proofing and baking processes, ensuring optimal oven temperatures and baking times.
• Maintain the quality, freshness, taste, and presentation of finished baked products.
• Keep the workstation, baking equipment, and tools clean, sanitized, and well-organized.
• Comply with all food safety guidelines, hygiene regulations, and workplace safety practices.
