Job Overview

TM Car Rental is seeking a Sales & Customer Service Agent to handle incoming customer enquiries and convert them into confirmed vehicle bookings. This is a full-time, fully remote role open to candidates based anywhere in Kuwait or working remotely from any Arab country.

TM Car Rentals Company is a Kuwait-based car rental business offering daily, monthly, and long-term vehicle rental services.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries received via WhatsApp, phone calls, and email.
• Prepare and deliver competitive rental quotations, following up diligently until bookings are confirmed.
• Verify required customer documentation, including Kuwait Civil IDs and driving licences, prior to confirming reservations.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery and collection schedules with the operations team.
• Manage booking extensions, contract renewals, and post-rental customer follow-up.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and booking records within the company system.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or customer service (prior experience in car rental or the automotive industry is preferred).
• Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
• Excellent communication and proactive follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in using a computer and WhatsApp Business.
• Flexibility and willingness to work shifts.
• Possession of a personal laptop and a stable internet connection.
• Location: Remote (based in Kuwait or working remotely from any Arab country).
