The position requires a tech-savvy professional capable of troubleshooting technical issues, assisting clients across the region, and handling on-site technical support during evaluation sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations and guide clients on platform features and functionality.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to platform access, system setup, and functionality.
• Assist clients with technical queries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Visit client sites and evaluation centers to deliver on-site technical assistance and maintain smooth operations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and diligent follow-up.
• Support clients across the region, maintaining flexibility to travel and adjust to varying schedules as needed.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Preferred Residence: Candidates currently residing in Kuwait.
• Preferred Nationality: Candidates from Arab countries.
