Job Overview

Asmacs Contracting Est. is seeking a qualified Warehouse Supervisor in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The purpose of this role is to oversee daily inbound, outbound, and internal inventory movements, maintain stock accuracy, enforce safety standards, and lead warehouse personnel to meet operational performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, unpacking, inspecting, sorting, put-away, order picking, packing, and dispatching.
• Assign daily tasks, monitor staff attendance, conduct shift briefings, train new employees, and evaluate team performance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, direct cycle counts and physical audits, and resolve discrepancies using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Enforce workplace health and safety regulations, perform routine inspections of aisles and equipment, and ensure proper usage of PPE and material handling equipment.
• Coordinate with procurement, transport, sales, and customer service teams to resolve stock discrepancies or delivery delays.
• Monitor operational KPIs, prepare inventory and shift reports, and implement process improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP software (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
• Hands-on experience with inventory tracking tools, including barcode scanners and RF readers.
• Strong computer literacy, data analysis capabilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Forklift or Material Handling Equipment (MHE) license and workplace safety certifications are preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

Education and Experience

• Diploma or equivalent educational qualification; relevant degree in Logistics or Supply Chain is preferred.
• 2 to 5 years of warehouse and logistics experience, including 1 to 3 years in a supervisory role.
