Modern Continents Industrial Company is seeking a qualified Technical Sales Engineer to join its team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on engaging with clients to understand their technical specifications, presenting customized industrial solutions, and driving customer satisfaction in alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to identify their technical requirements and deliver tailored solutions that meet their operational needs.
• Conduct detailed product demonstrations and technical presentations showcasing product features and technical advantages.
• Collaborate closely with the engineering team to convert customer feedback into actionable product enhancements.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders to support ongoing customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Demonstrated background in technical sales or relevant engineering positions.
• Relevant certifications in industry technologies or sales methodologies are an added advantage.
• Experience in overhead crane manufacturing (EOT cranes and electric hoists) and related spare parts such as lifting hoists, wire rope drums, and end carriages is highly desirable.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and client engagement abilities.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
