RTC-1 Employment Services is seeking a dedicated and skilled Shift Technician – Mechanical to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our tissue paper production machinery. This position is critical for maintaining operations and involves hands-on maintenance responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair pumps, bearings, gearboxes, conveyors, and rotating equipment across tissue paper production machinery to ensure reliable plant operations.
• Perform routine equipment inspections, lubrication, mechanical alignment, adjustments, and scheduled maintenance to prevent equipment failures and extend machinery life.
• Attend mechanical breakdowns during production shifts, diagnose equipment faults, and carry out timely repairs to minimize downtime and support continuous plant availability.
• Follow workplace safety procedures, maintain accurate maintenance records and coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure safe, efficient machinery operation.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Open Indian nationals aged 40 years and below; with diploma, ITI or technical certification in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Maintenance, Fitting or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on mechanical maintenance experience in a tissue paper manufacturing facility.
• Strong technical knowledge of pumps, bearings, gearboxes, conveyors and rotating equipment, including mechanical alignment, lubrication, inspection, and troubleshooting.
• Overseas candidates with home country experience are welcome to apply.

Salary and Benefits

Salary: up to 3,500 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation and transportation.
