Alfanar is seeking a qualified Senior Specialist, Graphic Design to be based in Cairo, Egypt. In this role, the selected candidate will create visually compelling design materials to support marketing and promotional activities related to air conditioning products. The position focuses on producing impactful visual assets across digital and print platforms to strengthen brand visibility and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality graphics and visual content for marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, and social media posts.
• Ensure all creative outputs strictly align with established brand guidelines and strategic messaging frameworks.
• Design visual assets for digital channels, including corporate websites, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
• Produce high-standard print materials such as product catalogs, event banners, and promotional merchandise.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, project execution, and human resources teams to develop cohesive campaigns.
• Provide dedicated design support for product launches, company events, and promotional initiatives.
• Manage multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring prompt delivery and compliance with project specifications.
• Maintain organized archives and records of design assets and raw project files.
• Research contemporary design trends and industry best practices to continuously elevate creative standards and technical execution.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in creative design concepts, visual storytelling, and brand implementation.
• Strong proficiency in standard productivity software, including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent analytical thinking, research analysis, and reporting abilities.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• High level of initiative, organizational aptitude, and time-management capabilities.
• Proven ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams and deliver quality results under tight deadlines.
