This role leads the strategic development and delivery of educational and community engagement programmes within the arts and culture sector, building impactful partnerships and sustainable initiatives aligned with national cultural and educational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the department’s strategic plan for education and community programs in alignment with the organization’s long-term vision.
• Establish clear objectives, KPIs, and milestones to measure program progress and impact.
• Introduce innovative approaches to arts and cultural education, integrating digital learning and international best practices.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with educational institutions, cultural organizations, and government entities.
• Strengthen the organization’s presence in regional and international networks, fostering cross-sector collaborations.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments, including Programming, Cultural Affairs, and Marketing, to enhance outreach and visibility.
• Oversee the department’s budget, collaborating with the Finance team on forecasting, expenditure tracking, and resource allocation to ensure long-term financial sustainability.
• Supervise the planning, execution, and evaluation of education and community initiatives using data-driven insights and stakeholder feedback.
• Lead, mentor, and establish performance frameworks for the Education and Community Outreach team.
• Ensure all initiatives comply with national education and cultural policies, legal regulations, and institutional integrity standards.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Arts, Education, Cultural Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience within arts education, cultural management, or community engagement.
• Proven track record in successful strategic planning and execution with measurable outcomes.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial management, operational efficiency, and resource optimization.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, with experience developing cross-sector partnerships.
• Candidates must currently reside in the UAE to be considered.
