Tiger Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our dynamic building construction team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will manage the engineering aspects of construction projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timeliness while adhering to industry standards and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate engineering activities throughout the project life cycles in building construction.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure designs meet technical specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports on project status, resource allocation, and timelines.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and design specifications.
• Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate project delays.
• Manage the procurement of materials and liaise with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of resources.
• Assist in budgeting, cost estimation, and ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
• Provide support for problem-solving related to technical aspects of construction and engineering challenges.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project engineering within the building construction industry.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and UAE legal regulations. Proficiency in engineering software and MS Office applications.
• Soft Skills: Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team; highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
• Communication: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
