Job Overview

Raqmiyat LLC (Al Ghurair Group of Companies) is seeking an IT Desktop Support Engineer for an on-site position in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This opportunity is offered on a 12-month extendable contract and is exclusively open to UAE Nationals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and end-user support for hardware and software issues.
• Support, configure, and maintain desktop computers and laptops.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop applications.
• Perform basic hardware and software troubleshooting to ensure smooth daily operations.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Exclusively open to UAE Nationals / Emiratis.
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on IT support experience.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting desktop PCs and laptops.
• Good working knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Basic hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
• Experience installing and maintaining desktop software applications.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness and availability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi.
