Elite Choice Graphics LLC is seeking a Binding Assistant and Helper to join its team in Sharjah, UAE. The role involves supporting skilled binders, handling basic machinery, and executing manual binding tasks to maintain efficient production workflow and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist skilled binders in preparing materials for various binding projects, ensuring all components are organized and ready.
• Operate and maintain basic binding machinery under supervision, performing routine tasks such as feeding paper and applying adhesives.
• Perform manual binding tasks, including folding, collating, and stitching, adhering to precise specifications for quality.
• Identify and report any material defects or machine malfunctions promptly to the supervisor to prevent production delays.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
• Foundational understanding of printing or bookbinding processes.
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or manual labor environment.
• Excellent manual dexterity and strong attention to detail in all tasks.

Education and Experience

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; any graduate.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or manual labor.
