Job Overview

Al Futtaim Group is seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead service centre operations across the UAE. This role focuses on building a talent pool of automotive aftersales leaders responsible for driving operational excellence, branch profitability, and outstanding customer experience while achieving revenue, gross margin, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and branch P&L targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall aftersales operations and ensure the achievement of revenue, gross margin, sold hours, recovery rate, and key performance indicators.
• Manage branch P&L, including accurate forecasting, cost control, and overall profitability.
• Optimize workshop capacity, team productivity, operational efficiency, and resource utilization.
• Enhance customer experience by monitoring NPS, gathering customer feedback, elevating service quality, and implementing operational improvements.
• Maintain strict compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), HSSE requirements, operational standards, and government regulations.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and manage the performance of the aftersales team while supporting talent development and succession planning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with workshop, parts, HR, finance, marketing, and customer relations teams to enhance branch performance.
