Job Overview

Madre Integrated Engineering is seeking a skilled Tube Fitter to join their team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for the fabrication and installation of high-quality instrument tubing systems for various industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate and install SS316/SS316L instrument tubing.
• Perform tube cutting, bending, routing, deburring, and fitting installation.
• Install Swagelok, Parker A-Lok, Hy-Lok, or equivalent fittings.
• Perform tubing works for Chemical Injection Packages and WHCP systems.
• Conduct hydrostatic and pneumatic testing, leak detection, and necessary rectification.
• Support FAT, commissioning, function testing, and loop checks.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with instrument, hydraulic, and pneumatic tubing.
• Experience working with Chemical Injection Packages and WHCP systems.
• Knowledge of SS316/SS316L and high-pressure tubing systems.
• Ability to read P&IDs, tubing hook-ups, hydraulic/pneumatic schematics, GA, and isometric drawings.

Education and Experience

• At least 3 years of experience as a Tube Fitter, preferably in oil and gas projects.
• Education: Secondary or Intermediate School certificate.
