Job Overview

Zillion Solutions Trading WLL is hiring a Presales Engineer – ELV Systems to be based in Doha, Qatar. This on-site, full-time role focuses on driving presales efforts by developing technical proposals, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring that security system solutions align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and build strong technical relationships.
• Assess client needs and provide expert technical guidance on ELV system design and implementation.
• Develop customized technical solutions, architectures, and proposals aligned with the product portfolio.
• Serve as the technical subject matter expert (SME) throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical input, support bids, and ensure technical feasibility.
• Contribute to sales materials, RFPs, and technical documentation.
• Drive presales KPIs and manage a diverse product portfolio.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Deep understanding of ELV systems, including security surveillance, access control systems, and networking products.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics/Telecommunication).
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar presales role.
