Job Overview

Qatar Design Consortium is seeking a qualified Management Consultant – ISO Lead Auditor (IMS / QHSE) based in Qatar. The successful candidate will provide consultancy, develop management systems, deliver professional training, and conduct audits covering quality, health, safety, and environmental standards for clients across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow instructions and project directions provided by the Project Manager and Executive Manager.
• Achieve established milestones and performance targets for all assigned consultancy projects.
• Deliver consultancy and system development services for clients in quality, environmental, occupational health and safety, and related management systems.
• Conduct public and in-house training programmes for clients and internal staff.
• Perform internal, external, and third-party audits in accordance with relevant standards.
• Prepare and submit daily time records, weekly project status reports, and analytical consultancy reports.
• Monitor the tasks of assigned Assistant Consultants and Trainee Consultants and report progress to management.
• Address client inquiries, document customer feedback and complaints, and ensure effective resolution according to established procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company and client integrated management system (IMS) policies, information security (ISMS), and nondisclosure agreements (NDAs).
• Identify nonconformances, report quality issues or incidents, and support continuous improvement across management systems.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Technology.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in Qatar or the GCC region.
• Completion of an IRCA-registered Lead Auditor course in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001 (Lead Auditor qualification strongly preferred).
• Proven experience developing management systems for at least two client organizations.
• Hands-on experience conducting audits and delivering training programmes in QHSE management systems.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to formulate processes, procedures, and documentation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.

Education and Experience

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Technology, with 4 to 9 years of professional experience in management systems consultancy and auditing, including at least 1 year within Qatar or the GCC.
