Job Overview

Ampco is seeking a qualified Mechanical Engineer to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves designing, analyzing, and optimizing mechanical systems and components to meet precise specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and analyze mechanical systems and components, ensuring compliance with specifications and industry standards.
• Conduct simulations and modeling using CAD software to predict system performance and optimize designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers and product managers, to integrate mechanical designs into comprehensive systems.
• Oversee the prototyping and testing of mechanical components, refining designs based on empirical data and user feedback.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Strong foundation in thermodynamics and fluid mechanics.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or certification in a relevant engineering discipline is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in advanced CAD software (such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD) and simulation tools (such as ANSYS and MATLAB).
• Relevant industry experience, preferably in the automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing sectors.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field.
• 5 to 10 years of professional experience (minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant industry experience).
