Job Overview

BOKHOWA CONTRACTING & TRADING GROUP W.L.L is seeking a qualified Chargehand to join its operations in Bahrain. The role is responsible for overseeing daily on-site activities, guiding team members, and ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficient task execution.
• Lead and motivate a team of workers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure workplace.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide hands-on assistance to resolve problems effectively.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a technical diploma or vocational training is preferred.
• Relevant certifications, such as First Aid, and industry-related qualifications.
• Minimum of 5 years of related industry experience, with up to 10 years preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in the oil and gas sector or a related field.
