Job Overview

Emrill Services L.L.C is seeking a professional MEP Supervisor to maintain and supervise all aspects of building MEP systems. The role involves managing preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure building services operate efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and supervise all aspects of maintenance for building MEP systems.
• Manage the PPM system for installations and maintenance.
• Inspect and evaluate HVAC systems and components to identify necessary repairs.
• Install and operate heating and air conditioning equipment.
• Plan and manage projects, maintain records, and handle hazardous materials.
• Monitor material stock levels and liaise with stores.
• Diagnose electrical or mechanical malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
• Conduct functional tests and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical assemblies.
• Ensure adherence to all Health & Safety standards and protocols.
• Prepare reports and update short-term working programs.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Working knowledge in maintaining and repairing motors, pumps, relays, I/O modules, control units, wiring, and various mechanical assemblies.
• Knowledge and experience in operating and interfacing with building management systems.
• Ability to use and calibrate electronic test equipment and PCs for system maintenance.

Education and Experience

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
