Job Overview

Grow Marketing Management is seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join their team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to drive sales and meet revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing customers using provided leads and databases.
• Introduce and explain company products and services clearly and professionally.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Follow up regularly with potential and warm leads to maximize sales opportunities.
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections with professionalism.
• Utilize effective sales, negotiation, and closing techniques to convert leads into customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers.
• Document all calls, interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities accurately within the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the sales team and management to enhance lead conversion and sales performance.
• Maintain professional telephone etiquette and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, inside sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing abilities.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable managing a high volume of outbound calls.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and computer applications.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Hindi or Urdu is an advantage.
• Previous experience in industries such as telecom, real estate, insurance, banking, or e-commerce is a plus.

Education and Experience

• Diploma or any graduation degree.
• 1 to 3 years of experience.
