of progressive experience in Human Resources across Kuwait and Egypt, I have developed a strong
background in HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, HR administration, performance
management, and compliance with Kuwaiti Labour Law.
Throughout my career in Kuwait, I have managed a broad range of HR functions across diverse
sectors including education, retail, aviation, petroleum, and general contracting. My experience
covers the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment and selection, onboarding and offboarding,
employment contracts, employee records, attendance and leave management, payroll coordination,
performance management, disciplinary procedures, investigations, and employee relations.
In my current role as a Senior Human Resources Specialist, I oversee HR operations for academic
staff, including recruitment, contract management, employee relations, performance reviews,
disciplinary procedures, policy implementation, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination. I also
have previous supervisory and leadership experience, including managing HR administrative teams,
supporting workforce planning, developing HR policies and procedures, and monitoring
departmental performance.
A key strength I bring is my practical knowledge of Kuwaiti Labour Law and HR compliance. I have
extensive experience handling employee documentation, residency and work permit coordination,
disciplinary cases, HR policies, and personnel matters while maintaining accurate and confidential
employee records. I am also experienced in HRIS systems, particularly Al Shamel, as well as advanced
MS Office applications.
In addition to my corporate HR experience, I have worked as a freelance Talent Acquisition
Consultant, supporting organizations in Kuwait with recruitment strategies, job descriptions,
candidate sourcing and screening, competency-based interviews, candidate evaluation, onboarding,
and employer branding.
I hold a Certified Human Resources Specialist (CHRS) certification, as well as an HR & Business
Development Diploma, and I am fluent in Arabic with professional proficiency in English.
