Job Overview

RTC-1 Employment Services is seeking a Graphic Designer on behalf of a client—a dynamic Freezone organization based in Sharjah providing business setup solutions across the UAE. The role involves developing compelling visual content, corporate branding, and promotional marketing collateral across digital and print channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and produce marketing materials such as brochures, posters, social media creatives, and infographics.
• Develop creative content for corporate branding, internal campaigns, and broader marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, HR, and other departments to identify design needs and project requirements.
• Prepare final artwork for production and coordinate with print and production vendors when required.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Open to Arabic speakers.
• Age requirement of 40 years old and below.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in graphic or visual design.
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating diverse projects across industries such as food, fashion, gadgets, e-commerce, and pharmaceuticals.
• Proficiency in design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, XD) and Canva.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: Up to 10,000 AED per month inclusive of fixed allowances, depending on experience and qualifications, plus commissions.
• Benefits: Laptop and annual airline ticket.
