Job Overview

American Creativity Academy is seeking a dedicated History / Social Studies Teacher to join its academic team in Hawali, Kuwait, with duties commencing in August 2026. The primary purpose of this role is to educate students, fulfill the school’s educational philosophy through instruction and example, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with students’ requirements, capabilities, and interests.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive History and Social Studies lessons tailored to meet students’ diverse needs, interests, and developmental capabilities.
• Uphold and implement the school’s educational philosophy through effective instructional practices and positive role modeling.
• Establish constructive interpersonal relationships with students and support their personal development and overall well-being.
• Maintain an organized, attentive, and supportive classroom learning environment.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to establish positive interpersonal relationships with students.
• Strong classroom organization skills and proficiency in guiding young learners.
• Caring, observant, and perceptive approach to student needs and behaviors.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: $2,500 – $3,500 USD per month (tax-free).
• Contract Length: 2-year contract starting in August 2026.
• Accommodation: Private, furnished one-bedroom apartment with all utilities included.
• Airfare: Annual flight tickets provided for the teacher and up to two dependents.
• Health Insurance: International health insurance coverage.
• Education Allowance: School tuition covered for up to two children.
• Allowances & Bonuses: Settling-in allowance, professional development (PD) allowance, and an end-of-contract bonus.
