Job Overview

Bin Quraya Company Limited is hiring an HSE Officer to oversee occupational health, safety, and environmental compliance across project sites in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on conducting site inspections, enforcing safety regulations, mitigating operational hazards, and promoting a proactive safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure strict compliance with safety regulations.
• Develop and implement effective health and safety policies tailored to specific work environments and project operations.
• Deliver training sessions and educational workshops to instruct employees on safety practices, protocols, and emergency procedures.
• Investigate incidents and accidents thoroughly to identify root causes and recommend corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
• Implement and maintain safety management systems and conduct detailed risk assessments across all site activities.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Possess NEBOSH IGC certification.
• Must be Aramco approved.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing safety management systems and applying risk assessment methodologies.
• Proven background in hazard identification, safety audits, and incident investigation.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related scientific discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant HSE experience within the Oil & Gas industry.
