Al Futtaim Group is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to represent Toyota in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you will be the face of the brand, delivering a seamless aftersales journey to customers while driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to enhance retention and loyalty.
• Achieve monthly revenue targets through strategic upselling and effective discount management.
• Consult with customers regarding their vehicle needs, providing expert advice to ensure vehicles are serviced correctly the first time.
• Keep customers regularly informed with timely updates on vehicle service progress to fulfill on-time delivery commitments.
• Handle and resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently to boost satisfaction and improve service scores.
• Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and brand standards to ensure a consistent, premium customer experience.
