Dear Hiring Manager,
\nI am writing to express my interest in HR opportunities within your organization. With over 13 years
\nof progressive experience in Human Resources across Kuwait and Egypt, I have developed a strong
\nbackground in HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, HR administration, performance
\nmanagement, and compliance with Kuwaiti Labour Law.
\nThroughout my career in Kuwait, I have managed a broad range of HR functions across diverse
\nsectors including education, retail, aviation, petroleum, and general contracting. My experience
\ncovers the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment and selection, onboarding and offboarding,
\nemployment contracts, employee records, attendance and leave management, payroll coordination,
\nperformance management, disciplinary procedures, investigations, and employee relations.
\nIn my current role as a Senior Human Resources Specialist, I oversee HR operations for academic
\nstaff, including recruitment, contract management, employee relations, performance reviews,
\ndisciplinary procedures, policy implementation, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination. I also
\nhave previous supervisory and leadership experience, including managing HR administrative teams,
\nsupporting workforce planning, developing HR policies and procedures, and monitoring
\ndepartmental performance.
\nA key strength I bring is my practical knowledge of Kuwaiti Labour Law and HR compliance. I have
\nextensive experience handling employee documentation, residency and work permit coordination,
\ndisciplinary cases, HR policies, and personnel matters while maintaining accurate and confidential
\nemployee records. I am also experienced in HRIS systems, particularly Al Shamel, as well as advanced
\nMS Office applications.
\nIn addition to my corporate HR experience, I have worked as a freelance Talent Acquisition
\nConsultant, supporting organizations in Kuwait with recruitment strategies, job descriptions,
\ncandidate sourcing and screening, competency-based interviews, candidate evaluation, onboarding,
\nand employer branding.
\nI hold a Certified Human Resources Specialist (CHRS) certification, as well as an HR & Business
\nDevelopment Diploma, and I am fluent in Arabic with professional proficiency in English.
